Summary: Lovely little winery with nice seating areas and water feature that drowns out noise from 97. The house is nice, clean and well equipped. If you have questions or need anything during your stay, Danielle is very responsive. Their wines are good too.

Summary: The Stone House is a sparkling clean home that is well cared for and very comfortable. We found the check in process difficult. Our whole family arrived after a light snow the week after Christmas. We were not able to park behind the house, as specified by the directions. The driveway in front of the house had been plowed but not the driveway in the back. We arrived after dark. The solar lights outside the house were so dim, that we couldn’t see a thing. Fumbling for the flashlights on our phones made the check in process awkward, to say the least. No lighting outside the house made coming and going on the steep stone steps, in almost complete darkness, a bit scary for us and especially for my 83 year old mother. Inside, the beds are clean and comfortable but there was not a single extra blanket in the entire house. This made sleeping during the winter nights a little on the chilly side. Overall, the stone house is a very nice place to stay, especially when you consider the lovely view of the lake, but a few winter updates would be very helpful namely, the addition of good outdoor lighting and some extra blankets for those chilly winter nights.

Summary: This was our first experience with vrbo. I was apprehensive at first but with some coaching from my very seasoned friend I decided to give it a try. Our hostess, Danielle, was absolutely perfect. She walked us thru everything. Once we arrived, Danielle met with us during a very private wine tasting. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this young lady. This older stone home is situated on the front portion of a local vineyard facing a very busy main road. Our first impression was that this older home had a great deal of character and uniqueness. However, as our stay progressed we discovered that we would be better suited for a newer dwelling next time.

Summary: Loved staying here. Property is beautiful and it is a great location, close to town. Only difficulties was first time figuring out parking, yes you drive through the vineyards, which is beautiful, and my kids didn’t want to sleep upstairs. So overall wonderful stay.
